A very nice and cozy resort like place to stay with kids. Our room was big and had a full kitchen. It is well equipped and had very comfortable beds. The inside compound is tropical, very well taken care of, multiple sitting areas, has BBQs, and a very nice heated pool with extra towels. The photos on this profile are super professional, so the first impression was a bit misleading as this clearly used to be a motel, but we have enjoyed our stay very much nevertheless. The drive to Naples center takes a good 20 minutes, but the value is great

Rooms have been updated and are quaint. Everything was clean. Grounds are beautiful - has a resort feel to it. Was very quiet at night. Front desk was very helpful and as an Expedia VIP member we received a free bottled beverage. The first VIP hotel I’ve been to that offered it up front without any runaround. We’d definitely stay again - especially after some experiences at other accomodations around Naples I won’t name.

Decent enough to stay in, but it's definitely no frills and could stand a remodel. We had exposed electrical wiring, lumps on the walls from constant repainting without any prep, etc. The place actually has a lot of potential. They have a quaint gazebo, but only serve a minimalist continental breakfast.

Lovely suite with a kitchenette and all the fixings... had little bugs running around the kitchen, but were taken care of while we were out. Very comfy... grounds are beautiful. Very nice place to stay while visiting Naples.

This place is a very nice contemporary room, and doesn’t skip out on important modern luxuries like a smart tv. However the water in the sink and shower do not get hot. Not even as hot as hot tub water. Also the breakfast is grab-and-go, and is served outside. That’s not a biggy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Fairways Inn and wonderful staff. We had another great stay. Rooms are super clean. Price is great and you include breakfast! The grounds are so pretty with their welcoming vibe. Looking forward to our next stay. I truly recommend this Inn !

We stayed here Thanksgiving night after reading the reviews. Check in was good and easy. We checked in at 6:00 PM and had a dog barking in the room behind us or adjacent to us. My husband heard them to tell the dog to stop barking but it continued. At 9:00 PM I called the number on the phone and got connected to the night watchman who said he would take care of it. Finally 40 minutes later the dog stopped barking. We will stay elsewhere our next time.
